BPD Express Italia accepts requests for delivery to selected localities of the territories that customers often refer to as the so-called DNR and LNR. How much does delivery to Donetsk and Luhansk cost
**We calculate the cost individually for each request in **WhatsApp — it depends on the parcel weight and the recipient’s locality. Message us with the city and the approximate weight, and a manager will send you the quote and the next dispatch date.
We will also confirm that your locality is served: on the Donetsk direction we deliver to Donetsk, Horlivka, Makiivka, Yenakiieve, Khartsyzk, Shakhtarsk, Torez, Snizhne and Novoazovsk; on the Luhansk direction — to Luhansk, Alchevsk and Stakhanov. If your town is not on the list, we will check the delivery option when you send your request.
Times and terms
- Delivery time — 15–20 days from the dispatch date in Italy.
- Dispatches once a week, usually on Tuesdays.
- Parcel weight — from 5 to 30 kg, size — up to 50×50×100 cm.
- Delivery to the recipient’s post office: the parcel is handed over at the post office in the recipient’s place of residence.
- Insurance is included in the delivery cost.
- Tracking — with a BPD tracking number. After the parcel arrives in the region, its movement can additionally be tracked on the websites of the local postal operators: postdonbass.ru for the Donetsk direction and pochta-lnr.su for the Luhansk direction.
How to send a parcel: step by step
- Leave a request on the page Shipping from Italy to Donetsk and Luhansk or in WhatsApp — state the recipient’s city and the approximate weight. We will confirm that the locality is served and calculate the cost.
- Pack your parcel — up to 30 kg, size up to 50×50×100 cm. Place a list of the contents inside the parcel.
- Drop the box off at a BPD acceptance point in Italy before the dispatch day (dispatches are once a week, usually on Tuesdays).
- We process the shipment and give you a BPD tracking number.
- Track your parcel with the BPD tracking number, and after it arrives in the region — additionally on the website of the local postal operator (postdonbass.ru or pochta-lnr.su). The recipient collects the parcel at their local post office.

Sending documents to the Donetsk and Luhansk directions is a separate procedure that differs from sending parcels. Please check the terms and the process in WhatsApp.
What you can and cannot send
Food products — allowed under these conditions:
- up to 5 kg of food per parcel;
- only non-perishable products within their shelf life;
- cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — only in vacuum packaging.
You can also send clothes and shoes, children’s items, books and household goods — as long as the contents have a clear description in the packing list.
We do not accept for transport prohibited goods, dual-use goods, sanctioned goods, dangerous goods, weapons and their components, cash, or goods without a clear description.
