Become a BPD Express drop-off point in Italy

An extra €150–400 a month for your store — no investment, no equipment.

You accept a box from a neighbour and photograph it in our app — a courier picks it up the next day. You earn €0.55 for every kilogram. No IT systems, no lease contracts, no buying stock.

Partner rate IT · 2026

For every kilogram accepted

€0.55

We pay for actual volume: 16 parcels a month means €150 for you. 42 parcels — €400.

We reply within 2 minutes during business hours. We’ll walk you through the terms and show you the app.

How much you’ll earn

Transparent economics. No “discretionary” bonuses and no hidden KPIs.

We pay €0.55 for every kilogram that passes through your location. One rate for all partners in Italy. Payouts once a month, by bank transfer or as agreed.

  1. Easy start scenario 01

    16 parcels · avg weight 17 kg

    €150

    per month · net

The motivation threshold. Take 16 parcels a month at 17 kg each — and it already pays for the time at the counter.

  2. Healthy pace scenario 02

    21 parcels · avg weight 17 kg

    €200

    per month · net

Most locations reach this volume within 30–60 days — once the neighbourhood starts coming “to you”.

  3. Strong location scenario 03

    42 parcels · avg weight 17 kg

    €400

    per month · net

An active neighbourhood with a large diaspora. A few regular buyers plus family parcels. Real numbers from our pilot locations.

§ 01

We bring the customers to you — with our own advertising.

BPD Express is at least as interested in your volume as you are. That’s why we invest our own budget in advertising — Telegram, Instagram, local diaspora bloggers, geo-targeted ads for your neighbourhood in Milan / Bergamo / Brescia. Customers arrive at your location already knowing the address, the rate and what to send.

  • What we do — paid advertising, seeding posts, a card for your location on the BPD Express map with photos and services
  • What we don’t ask from you — no commissions, no entry fees, no marketing spend
  • When we pay you — once a month, based on the kilograms actually accepted

Who this format fits

If you already run a location with Russian-speaking foot traffic — you’re a ready-made BPD Express point.

We’re not looking for warehouses or logistics companies. We’re looking for people their neighbourhood trusts — the places the diaspora already visits as “their own”.

  1. 01 Perfect fit

    Russian / Ukrainian grocery store

The audience is already yours. The same people who buy buckwheat and salami send parcels to their parents — and they’d rather do it at a place that feels like “their own”.

  2. 02 Perfect fit

CIS travel agency / visa centre

A steady flow of clients from Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus. Document parcels, sending things to relatives — exactly your clientele.

  3. 03 Great fit

    Beauty salon with Russian-speaking staff

Loyal regulars and a trusting atmosphere. A “send mum a parcel while you’re in for a manicure” service is a natural extension.

  4. 04 Great fit

Café, restaurant or deli with Russian cuisine

A meeting point for the diaspora. If you have a dining room and a counter — a box can easily sit behind the till until the morning courier.

  5. 05 Good fit

Tabaccheria / edicola in a “Russian” district of Milan

You already work with other brands’ parcel services and know how it works. With us the rate is clearer and the courier comes every day, not “on request”.

  6. 06 Good fit

Copy centre, language school, private clinic

A stable presence, with someone at reception 5+ hours a day. Extra customer traffic through BPD Express advertising comes as part of the package.

Don’t see your format?
Describe your location on WhatsApp — within two messages we’ll tell you whether it’s a fit. We’re honest about saying no when we can see there won’t be enough volume — your time shouldn’t be wasted.

What your day with BPD Express looks like

Five steps. 7 minutes per parcel, start to finish.

No need to learn logistics. No need to memorise rates. No need to explain customs to customers. All of that is on our side. You’re a drop-off point, not a courier company.

  1. 01

The customer messages BPD Express on WhatsApp

Our Front Office calculates the price, agrees the day and gives the customer the address of the nearest drop-off point — yours.

    before the visit
  2. 02

The customer arrives with the box

They already know the weight, the price and what’s inside. No arguments at the counter. You accept the box and put it behind the till.

    2 min
  3. 03

    Weigh it and photograph it

Open the BPD Express app on your phone (works on any smartphone). A photo of the parcel plus the label — and the system assigns a tracking number automatically.

    3 min
  4. 04

Hand it to the courier in the morning

A BPD Express courier comes every day within an agreed time window and signs for the box. From there on it’s no longer your responsibility.

    1 min
  5. 05

Get paid at the end of the month

We add up the total weight of the parcels you accepted, multiply it by €0.55 and transfer the money. A report for every parcel is in the app.

    once a month

What you get from BPD Express

Ready-made infrastructure. No “oh, and you’ll also need to buy…”.

We take care of everything that isn’t accepting a box at the counter. From you — the space, a smartphone and someone who can greet customers in Russian. The rest is on us.

  1. 01 iOS / Android · online training

    An app for photo check-in

Works on any smartphone. Scans the label, generates a tracking number and sends everything to our system. We teach you in 15 minutes.

  2. 02 Monday–Saturday

    A courier every day

Not “on request”, not “once there are 5 parcels”. Every day within your window — even if there’s just one parcel.

  3. 03 From €4.99/kg · 10 CIS countries

    One rate for the customer

The price in our calculator is the same one you quote at the counter. No arguments about “it’s cheaper at the other point”.

  4. 04 We pay for the traffic

Advertising for your neighbourhood — at our expense

We run geo-targeted ads on Telegram and Instagram, plus seeding with local diaspora bloggers. The budget is ours. Customers arrive at your location already knowing the address and the rate.

  5. 05 Set up during onboarding

Your location card on the BPD Express map

Photos of the storefront and interior, a list of services (parcel drop-off, documents, packing), opening hours, WhatsApp contact. Customers find you via the map and city search.

  6. 06 We deliver the materials

BPD Express branding for your storefront

A door sticker, a poster, a “parcels to the CIS accepted here” sign. A brand recognised since 1992 — a reason in itself for the diaspora to walk in.

  7. 07 Replies ≤ 2 minutes

Front Office for every customer question

If a customer asks “will it arrive?”, “what about customs?”, “how long will it take?” — you give them the BPD Express WhatsApp number. No promises you have to make yourself.

  8. 08 Quality & Claims · Evgeniy

    Dispute resolution

Loss, damage, delay — handled by Quality & Claims. You never argue with the customer. Not your area — not your headache.

  9. 09 Real-time · in the app

    Clear reporting

The app shows how many parcels went through, how many kilograms, and how much you’ve earned this month. At any moment.

What we need from you

Six basic conditions. No entry fees, no equipment, no stock to buy.

We’re not a franchise. We don’t sell rights, charge royalties or require a branded fit-out. We’re a postal operator that needs drop-off points run by real people in their neighbourhoods.

requirement 01
~ 0.5 m³ of free space

Space for boxes until morning

A shelf, a corner behind the counter, a back room — anything dry and closed. Parcels leave the next morning; they don’t pile up for weeks.

requirement 02
iOS 14+ / Android 9+

A smartphone with a camera and internet

Any modern phone. The app is lightweight and only needs the camera for photo check-in and a connection to send the data.

requirement 03
Standard retail opening hours

Someone on site 5+ hours a day

Not necessarily the owner in person. What matters is that a customer can come during business hours and reliably find you open.

requirement 04
B1 or higher for someone on the team

Basic Russian or Ukrainian

It doesn’t have to be perfect. Enough to understand “I’m sending this to my mum in Karaganda”, “it weighs about 12 kg”, “when will it be picked up”.

requirement 05
BPD Express rulebook · 1 page

Willingness to follow the rulebook

No “own” prices, no prohibited items (we give you the list), no promises about transit times or customs. This protects both you and us.

requirement 06
30 minutes on Zoom / WhatsApp

Willingness to do a short training

A 30-minute online call: we show you the app, explain what to do in unusual situations and answer your questions.

After you say yes

Your location live in a week. Advertising for your neighbourhood — from day one.

BPD Express is at least as interested in your volume as you are. We don’t “connect and forget” — we invest our own budget so that customers head specifically to your location. Here’s what happens in the first week.

  1. 01 Day 1 · Zoom / WhatsApp

    30-minute onboarding

A video call: we show you the app, walk through the rulebook and answer your questions. We deliver (or ship) the storefront materials — a sticker, a poster and a BPD Express-branded sign.

  2. 02 Day 1–2 · photos and listing

Your location card on the map

We take photos of the storefront and interior. We record your hours, services (parcel drop-off, documents, packing) and WhatsApp contact. Your location appears in the BPD Express site catalogue and on the drop-off map.

  3. 03 Day 2–7 · advertising

    Advertising launch for your neighbourhood

Geo-targeted ads on Telegram and Instagram, seeding with local diaspora bloggers, mentions in community chats. The budget is ours. The audience learns there’s now a CIS parcel drop-off point in their neighbourhood.

  4. 04 Day 2 · first customer

Your first parcel within a day

The Front Office sends your first customer right after onboarding. The courier starts coming every morning. After 30 days the neighbourhood is “warmed up” and a steady flow means your €150–400 a month.

FAQ for future partners

What people usually ask before the first call.

  1. 01 How much does it cost me to start?
Zero. No entry fees, no lump-sum payments, no mandatory equipment purchases. The app is free, we deliver the storefront materials, and training is a 30-minute Zoom call. You start earning from the first parcel.
  2. 02 What if there are no parcels — am I losing money?
You can’t go into the red — you invest nothing upfront. From there, simple logic applies: we’re at least as interested in your volume as you are, so from day one we run advertising for your neighbourhood at our own expense — geo-targeted ads on Telegram and Instagram, seeding with local diaspora bloggers. Your location appears on the BPD Express map with photos and a description. Most partners reach €150 in their first month, and €200–400 within 30–60 days.
  3. 03 Who is responsible if a parcel gets lost?
BPD Express. Shipments are fully insured and we have 30 years of experience resolving disputed cases. Your responsibility ends when the courier signs for the box at your counter. From there on — it’s us.
  4. 04 What if a customer brings something prohibited (weapons, medication, sanctioned goods)?
We give you a short list of what we don’t accept (one A4 page). If in doubt — message the Front Office on WhatsApp and get an answer within a minute. You’re not a sanctions lawyer — declining lawfully is perfectly fine.
  5. 05 What about taxes? Do I need to set up a new legal entity?
No, you operate through your existing business. Income from BPD Express is a “shipment acceptance” service, which fits into your regular accounting in Italy. At the start we’ll help with the contract format and explain the tax details.
  6. 06 How and how often do you pay?
Once a month, by bank transfer to your business account. By agreement we can pay more often or another way (we don’t use cash — everything is transparent). Every payout comes with a report: each parcel, its weight and the amount.
  7. 07 Does the courier really come every day?
Yes, Monday to Saturday. We agree a 1–2-hour window with you (for example, 10:00–11:00). The courier is there in that window every day, even if there’s just one parcel. Sunday is a day off — parcels leave on Monday morning.
  8. 08 My location already works with a competitor. Can I combine the two?
You can, but carefully. There has to be clear logic at the counter: “this one goes via BPD Express, that one via X”. Most partners switch to us completely within 1–2 months, because our courier is more reliable and our rate is clearer. But that’s your call.
  9. 09 How long does it take BPD Express to decide?
One day. Message us on WhatsApp — you get a reply within 2 minutes. If the format fits — a 15-minute call the same day, training the next day, and you’re live. We don’t spend months “waiting for head-office approval”.
