Document Delivery from Italy to Russia and the CIS
Diploma, certificate, power of attorney, original contract — we ship them under a separate procedure: a fixed rate of €50 regardless of weight and country, delivery in 10–15 days by EMS courier to the recipient’s door. Sending documents is a separate service, not a regular parcel. The price is the same for all countries and does not depend on the weight of the envelope: €50 per shipment. The letter has a tracking number and insurance, and delivery is by EMS courier right to the recipient’s door.
When you need to send documents
Power of attorney for a transaction
Selling an apartment, settling an inheritance, representation at a bank — a notarized power of attorney is needed in the original, and needed on time.
Diploma for recognition
Recognition of education, university admission, employment — diplomas and school certificates are accepted only in the original.
Certificates and records
Certificates, records, notarial papers — when a government agency or employer requires the original, not a scan.
Contracts and commercial documents
Original contracts and commercial documents between companies — with a tracking number and delivery to the addressee’s door.
How the two-envelope procedure works
Documents travel as a registered international letter under the rules of the Universal Postal Union (UPU). This means the envelope is not opened at customs — your data and originals are protected.
-
Step 1 · Message us on WhatsApp
Tell us which documents you are sending and to which country. We will give you the warehouse address and guide you through the steps — the price is known in advance: €50.
-
Step 2 · Inner envelope
Place the originals in the inner envelope. On it, write your address and phone number in Latin letters, and the recipient’s address and phone number — in Russian.
-
Step 3 · Outer envelope — ours
We pack your envelope into an outer one with BPD Express details and send it as a registered international letter.
-
Step 4 · Delivery to the door
In 10–15 days, an EMS courier hands the letter to the recipient at the door. You track the entire journey by tracking number until delivery.
