Beyond parcels, we also ship original documents: passports, diplomas, contracts. Documents travel under a separate procedure — as registered international mail under UPU rules. You place the originals in an inner envelope (your address and phone in Latin letters, the recipient's — in Russian), we seal it inside an outer envelope with BPD Express Italia details and send it. The envelope is not opened at customs.

What’s inside
These lists come from customs and UPU rules, not from our own preferences. Unsure about a specific item — message us on WhatsApp and we will check before you bring the box.
Up to €200 per parcel — duty-free import (the duty-free threshold, up to 31 kg). We ship higher-value parcels too — the recipient simply pays a 15% duty on the amount above the threshold.
We do carry food — up to 5 kg per parcel, within its shelf life. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — only vacuum-packed and only if the product can survive ~2 weeks in transit without a fridge. Perishables without vacuum packing we don’t take.
