BPD Express Italia accepts shipping requests to selected localities in territories often referred to by clients as the so-called DNR and LNR. Your parcel starts from €44.00 for 1 kg, 15–20 days to the recipient’s post office.
You can’t send a parcel from Italy to the Donetsk and Luhansk directions by regular post — most carriers simply don’t accept these addresses. We’ve built a working route: you drop off your box in Italy, we handle the documents and track it all the way to the recipient’s post office. Dispatches go out once a week, usually on Tuesdays.

The minimum weight is 1 kg. The invoice is issued after the parcel is weighed at the warehouse — you pay for the actual weight.
We do not accept prohibited goods, dual-use goods, sanctioned goods, dangerous cargo, weapons and their components, cash, or items without a clear description.
How you solve it with BPD Express Italia
No sign-ups, no accounts, no apps. All you need is to open WhatsApp and bring the box to the nearest point.
No registration, no email capture. Enter the weight and country and see the exact price in three seconds. The same number appears on the final invoice.
You get the address of the nearest partner point: a tabaccheria, a travel agency, an ethnic food shop. Around the corner, not in a Poste queue.
You fill in nothing. The partner weighs the box, photographs it and sticks our label on. From there they hand it to us.
It arrives on WhatsApp. Share it with the recipient, and they can see for themselves where the parcel is right now.
Local southern hub → weekly departure to Büttelborn (Germany) → customs → delivery to the door or the post office in the CIS. One tracking number for the whole journey.
You get a WhatsApp push: “delivered”. The worry is over — you didn’t even have to call and check.
What’s inside
These lists come from customs and UPU rules, not from our own preferences. Unsure about a specific item — message us on WhatsApp and we will check before you bring the box.
Up to €200 per parcel — duty-free import (the duty-free threshold, up to 31 kg). We ship higher-value parcels too — the recipient simply pays a 15% duty on the amount above the threshold.
We do carry food — up to 5 kg per parcel, within its shelf life. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — only vacuum-packed and only if the product can survive ~2 weeks in transit without a fridge. Perishables without vacuum packing we don’t take.
