Parcel and document shipping from Italy: the Donetsk and Luhansk directions
BPD Express Italia accepts shipping requests to selected localities in territories often referred to by clients as the so-called DNR and LNR. Your parcel travels 15–20 days to the recipient’s post office, insurance is included, and one tracking number covers the whole journey. We confirm the availability of a specific locality on request before dispatch.

You can’t send a parcel from Italy to the Donetsk and Luhansk directions by regular post — most carriers simply don’t accept these addresses. We’ve built a working route: you drop off your box in Italy, and we track it all the way to the recipient’s post office. Dispatches go out once a week, usually on Tuesdays — we’ll confirm the next date via WhatsApp.

2 · Pack your parcel
From 5 to 30 kg, up to 50×50×100 cm. A list of contents must be placed inside the parcel. Documents are sent via a separate procedure — we’ll explain the terms via WhatsApp.

3 · Drop off the box
At the nearest BPD partner point in Italy — or we’ll send you a free label. After weighing, we issue an invoice via WhatsApp.

4 · Track your parcel
The BPD tracking number covers the whole journey. In 15–20 days the recipient picks up the parcel at their post office.

- Food
- Allowed — up to 5 kg per parcel, non-perishable only. Cheese and cured meats — vacuum-packed only.
- Documents
- Original documents are sent via a separate procedure — we’ll explain the terms via WhatsApp.
- Insurance and payment
- Insurance is included. We’ll calculate the cost via WhatsApp — send the weight, dimensions and the recipient’s city, and we’ll reply within 30 minutes in English, Italian or Russian. The invoice is issued after the parcel is weighed.
We do not accept prohibited goods, dual-use goods, sanctioned goods, dangerous cargo, weapons and their components, cash, or items without a clear description.
How to track your parcel
At dispatch you receive a BPD tracking number — it covers the whole journey, from drop-off in Italy to pickup at the recipient’s post office. We also send status updates via WhatsApp — you always know where your parcel is, instead of guessing for three weeks.
Once the parcel arrives in the region, its movement can also be tracked on the local postal operators’ websites (postdonbass.ru and pochta-lnr.su) — we’ll show you how.
When the "Parcel delivered" status arrives — followed by a voice message from your family saying thank you — you know the three weeks of waiting were worth it.

- Yes. Food is accepted up to 5 kg per parcel — non-perishable and within its expiry date. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — vacuum-packed only: the parcel travels two to three weeks without refrigeration.
