How you solve it with BPD Express Italia

Six steps from “got a quote” to “delivered”.

No sign-ups, no accounts, no apps. All you need is to open WhatsApp and bring the box to the nearest point.

  1. 01

    You open the calculator

No registration, no email capture. Enter the weight and country and see the exact price in three seconds. The same number appears on the final invoice.

  2. 02

    You message us on WhatsApp

You get the address of the nearest partner point: a tabaccheria, a travel agency, an ethnic food shop. Around the corner, not in a Poste queue.

    < 2 h
  3. 03

    You come to the point

You fill in nothing. The partner weighs the box, photographs it and sticks our label on. From there they hand it to us.

    5–7 min
  4. 04

You get a “b…” tracking number

It arrives on WhatsApp. Share it with the recipient, and they can see for themselves where the parcel is right now.

    instantly
  5. 05

The route runs on a protected chain

Local southern hub → weekly departure to Büttelborn (Germany) → customs → delivery to the door or the post office in the CIS. One tracking number for the whole journey.

    10–20 days
  6. 06

    The recipient collects the parcel

You get a WhatsApp push: “delivered”. The worry is over — you didn’t even have to call and check.

Will the parcel reach my city?
We deliver to Simferopol, Sevastopol, Yalta, Kerch, Yevpatoria, Feodosia, Alushta, Bakhchysarai and other towns. We confirm availability for a specific town on request before dispatch — send the recipient’s city on WhatsApp, we will check and reply right away.
How do I track the parcel?
Every parcel gets a BPD tracking number — with it you can follow the parcel from the moment it is accepted in Italy. Once it arrives in the region, we will help you trace it to the recipient’s post office or door — just message us on WhatsApp.
What can and cannot be sent?
A parcel is 5 to 30 kg, up to 50×50×100 cm. Make sure to include a packing list inside. We do not accept prohibited goods, dual-use goods, sanctioned goods, dangerous goods, weapons and their components, cash, or items without a clear description. If you are unsure about a specific item — send us the list on WhatsApp and we will check it before dispatch.
Can I send food?
Yes, food is allowed — up to 5 kg per parcel, non-perishable and within its shelf life. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — vacuum-packed only: the parcel travels for two to three weeks without refrigeration.
How do I pay?
Payment for the shipment is due after the parcel reaches the warehouse and is weighed — you pay for the actual weight, no surprises. You receive a label — drop the parcel off at a post office in your country or book a courier to your door.
How will the recipient know the parcel has arrived?
On the Standard rate the local post notifies the recipient of arrival at the office. By EMS courier, the courier contacts the recipient and delivers to the door. In addition, pass the BPD tracking number to the recipient — it shows the parcel’s movement.
What is needed to collect the parcel?
The recipient’s passport. A Ukrainian passport works too, provided it is valid at the time of collection.
How do I address the parcel correctly?
Top left — your details in Latin letters: address, first and last name, phone. Bottom right — the recipient’s details in Russian: postcode, city, street and house number, full name, phone. In the country line write “Russia”, then the Republic of Crimea, city and postcode.
Can I send devices or electronics?
We do not ship phones, tablets, computers, laptops or their components. Monitors are also excluded: they are fragile, and if damaged the compensation is limited to the shipping cost, not the price of the monitor. Ordinary home appliances — a vacuum cleaner, a coffee machine — we do ship. If you’re unsure about a specific item, send the list via WhatsApp — we’ll check before dispatch.
Can I send vitamins and supplements?
Yes. Only prescription medicines are prohibited — over-the-counter vitamins and supplements are fine.
How do I compile the packing list without receipts?
In free form, with an approximate value for each item: shoes €20, sweets €10, clothes €15. The list goes inside the parcel — without it, the parcel cannot be accepted.
