What you can and cannot send to Crimea
Allowed: clothes and shoes, cosmetics, children’s items, books, souvenirs, household goods.
Food — allowed, with restrictions: no more than 5 kg of food per parcel, only non-perishable products that have not passed their expiry date. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — only in vacuum packaging.
Not allowed: We do not ship phones, tablets, computers, laptops or their components. Monitors are also excluded: they are fragile, and if damaged the compensation is limited to the shipping cost, not the price of the monitor. Ordinary home appliances — a vacuum cleaner, a coffee machine — we do ship. We also do not accept prohibited goods, dual-use items, sanctioned goods, dangerous cargo, weapons and weapon components, cash, or items without a clear description.
