BPD Express Italia accepts shipping requests to Luhansk, Alchevsk and other localities that customers refer to as LNR (so-called) — from €54.95 for 5 kg. The parcel travels 15–20 days to the recipient's post office, insurance included, tracking all the way. We confirm the availability of a specific locality on request before shipping.
You can't send a parcel from Italy to the Luhansk direction by ordinary post — most carriers simply don't accept these addresses. We've built a working route: you drop the box off in Italy, we handle the paperwork ourselves and carry it by tracking number to the recipient's post office. Departures are weekly, usually on Tuesdays — we confirm the nearest date on WhatsApp.

Get the label and hand the parcel in at a post office in your country — or book a courier to your door. After it reaches our warehouse and is weighed, we send the invoice on WhatsApp.
The BPD tracking number works all the way. After 15–20 days the recipient collects the parcel at their post office.
We do not accept for carriage prohibited goods, dual-use goods, sanctioned goods, dangerous goods, weapons and their components, cash, or items without a clear description.
When you ship, you get a BPD tracking number — it works all the way, from drop-off in Italy to hand-over at the recipient's post office. We also send status updates on WhatsApp — you see where the parcel is and don't spend three weeks guessing.
After it arrives in the region, the recipient can additionally track the parcel on the local postal operator's site — pochta-lnr.su. We'll show you how.

What’s inside
These lists come from customs and UPU rules, not from our own preferences. Unsure about a specific item — message us on WhatsApp and we will check before you bring the box.
Up to €200 per parcel — duty-free import (the duty-free threshold, up to 31 kg). We ship higher-value parcels too — the recipient simply pays a 15% duty on the amount above the threshold.
We do carry food — up to 5 kg per parcel, within its shelf life. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — only vacuum-packed and only if the product can survive ~2 weeks in transit without a fridge. Perishables without vacuum packing we don’t take.
When "Parcel delivered" arrives, followed by a voice message of thanks from family, you realise: the three weeks of waiting were worth it.
