BPD Express Italia accepts shipping requests to Donetsk, Horlivka and Makiivka — localities in territories often referred to by clients as the so-called DNR. There is one rate: Standard to the recipient's post office, from €54.95 for 5 kg, 15–20 days. Insurance is included, and one tracking number covers the whole journey. Support in English, Italian or Russian.
You can't send a parcel from Italy to Donetsk by regular post — most carriers simply don't accept these addresses. We've built a working route: you drop off your box in Italy, and we track it all the way to the recipient's post office. Dispatches go out once a week, on Tuesdays — we'll confirm the next date via WhatsApp.

From 5 to 30 kg, up to 50×50×100 cm. Be sure to put a list of contents inside — we’ll help you draw it up so everything goes through without delays.
We’ll send you a label — drop the parcel off at a post office in your country or book a courier to your door. After it reaches the warehouse and is weighed we issue the invoice and give you a BPD tracking number.
After 15–20 days the parcel arrives at the recipient's post office. Once it reaches the region, we’ll help you trace it to delivery.
We do not accept prohibited goods, dual-use goods, sanctioned goods, dangerous cargo, weapons and their components, cash, or items without a clear description.

What’s inside
These lists come from customs and UPU rules, not from our own preferences. Unsure about a specific item — message us on WhatsApp and we will check before you bring the box.
Up to €200 per parcel — duty-free import (the duty-free threshold, up to 31 kg). We ship higher-value parcels too — the recipient simply pays a 15% duty on the amount above the threshold.
We do carry food — up to 5 kg per parcel, within its shelf life. Cheese and cured meats (prosciutto, salami) — only vacuum-packed and only if the product can survive ~2 weeks in transit without a fridge. Perishables without vacuum packing we don’t take.
