How long does delivery to Belarus take?

How to send a parcel to Belarus: step by step

Passports, diplomas, certificates, and other originals travel as registered international mail with EMS courier delivery to the door. You place the originals in an inner envelope; we pack it into an outer envelope with BPD Express details and send it. The envelope is not opened at customs — it travels as mail under UPU rules.
Customs and duty-free limits for Belarus
Belarus is a member of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), so parcels up to €200 in value and 31 kg enter duty-free. Sending something worth more than €200 is absolutely fine too — the recipient just pays a duty of 15% on the amount above the threshold, with a minimum of €2 per kg of excess. Is it legal to ship to Belarus right now? Yes. BPD Express has been recognized by the Universal Postal Union since 2003 and operates its own International Postal Exchange Point, so parcels travel as international postal items under the Universal Postal Convention. The EU does restrict certain specific categories for Belarus (sanctioned and dual-use goods), but ordinary personal items — clothes, cosmetics, food, children’s things — are not affected. Food rules: up to 5 kg of food per parcel, nothing perishable. Cheese and cured meats — prosciutto, salami, speck — are welcome, but only vacuum-sealed: the parcel travels around two weeks without refrigeration, and without vacuum packing the food simply won’t make it.
You cannot send: alcohol and tobacco, weapons, phones and tablets, drones, car parts, prescription medicines, cash, lithium batteries outside devices, seeds and plants, perishable food without vacuum packing.

Insurance, payment and tracking
Every parcel is automatically insured up to €100 against loss and transport damage, with compensation paid according to your packing list. Shipping something more valuable? Extended coverage costs €1 for every additional €100 of declared value, up to a maximum of €2,000.
Payment is in euros only: bank card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, SEPA transfer, or cash at the collection point. After drop-off you receive a tracking number starting with “b…” on WhatsApp; status updates arrive automatically, and you can also check the tracking form in the site header — it refreshes once or twice a day.
