Delivery of parcels and documents from Switzerland to Russia and the CIS

Living in the Ticino region, in the city of Lugano or nearby? Send a parcel or documents to Russia and the CIS via Italy. Doing this from Switzerland itself is almost impossible — but we send you a ready-made label, you drop the parcel at the nearest Poste Italiane office by the border (Lavena Ponte Tresa — ~15 minutes from Lugano), and we carry it the rest of the way to the door or a post office. Support in English.

How it works

Without our own drop-off point in Switzerland — and without the hassle. Four steps:

  1. 01

    Message us on WhatsApp

Tell us the recipient’s city in Russia/CIS, the approximate weight and dimensions. We’ll calculate the cost and advise on packaging.

  2. 02

    Receive a ready-made label

We send you a label to print. No Italian-language portals or forms — we handle all the paperwork.

  3. 03

Drop the parcel at Poste Italiane

On a trip to Italy, drop the box at the nearest Poste Italiane office by the border (Lavena Ponte Tresa — ~15 minutes from Lugano). Payment for shipping is due once the parcel reaches our warehouse.

  4. 04

We deliver it to the recipient

From there the parcel travels through our channel to the recipient’s door or local post office in Russia/CIS. One BPD tracking number for the whole journey.

Frequently asked questions

Can I send a parcel from Switzerland to Russia?
Yes — parcels and documents, via Italy. Direct shipping from Switzerland itself to Russia/CIS is almost unavailable, so we give you a ready-made label and you drop the parcel at the nearest Italian Poste Italiane office by the border. We carry it the rest of the way.
Do you have a drop-off point in Switzerland?
We don’t have our own drop-off point in Switzerland. The model is simpler: we send you a label, and you drop the parcel at a Poste Italiane office on the Italian side when you travel to Italy — Ticino residents do this regularly.
Where exactly do I drop the parcel?
At any Poste Italiane office by the border. The closest to Lugano is Lavena Ponte Tresa (Via Valle 3), about a 15-minute drive. Porto Ceresio, Ponte Chiasso (by the Chiasso crossing) and the offices in Como also work. The full list with addresses is on this page.
How much does it cost?
The same as shipping from Italy — the parcel enters our channel via Italy. Calculate the exact cost by destination country and weight in the calculator on this page or on WhatsApp.
What can’t be sent?
We don’t take prohibited or sanctioned goods, dual-use goods, weapons, dangerous cargo, cash, or goods without a clear description. Not sure about a specific item? Send us the list on WhatsApp and we’ll check before shipping.
