BPD Express is a postal operator with UPU IPEP status since 2003. We ship parcels and documents from Italy to Russia and the CIS through a single channel — with no handovers to third-party carriers and not a single line in Italian on the customer’s side.

How we ship
- 01
Drop off at a partner point
You bring the box to the nearest drop-off point in Italy — a tobacco shop, mini-market or copy centre. The partner weighs it, photographs it and applies our label.

Local hub → Germany
The parcel goes to a local hub and, on a weekly departure, to our warehouse in Germany (Büttelborn).
- 03
Documents and customs
We complete CN23, the export declaration and the invoice ourselves. Customs rejections are under 1%.
- 04
Delivery to the door or post office
Then delivery to the recipient in the CIS — to the door (EMS courier) or to the post office. One tracking number for the whole route.
